Automatic tyre changer REDATS M-200

Application

This tyre changer can be used for tyres of passenger cars and light trucks. This is an upgraded version of the popular ATS M-220 changer - it has a 3D arm that allows for a more comfortable work with low-profile and Run-Flat tyres. It is a great choice even for the most demanding tyre services.

Trouble-free work

Top quality of the rotating table and its jaws mean a long work without problems - all it takes is making routine service only. Perfectly tight pneumatic installation has air splitters from well-known companies manufacturing pneumatic equipment.
Perfect efficiency
We've been manufacturing this one for years, so we were able to introduce a few changes in the pneumatic column and cylinder walls - they are resistant to the mix of oil and moisture.

Fully automatic device

The name ""automatic"" means a whole system of pneumatic actuators, responsible for swinging the column back and forth without using force, only by pressing a pedal. Also, the automatic system allows for setting the duckhead at a perfect distance from the edge of the rim and blocking it in the previous setting, even if the whole column moves. This means, you can easily change tyres without having to change settings every time.

Comfortable work

Pressure roll divides the upper side of the tyre, making it easier to insert the tyre lever and while mounting the tyre, it keeps it under the head. Also, a pneumatic ""third hand"" keeps the tyre under the rim, at the point located far from the head of the changer, blocking it from mounting over the rim.
