Thermopress TT Pneumatik is a modern and reliable device for repairing hot tires and inner tubes in passenger cars and trucks. The standard screw clamp has been replaced by a much faster and more precise pneumatic cylinder. What makes the TT Pneumatik vulcanizer different?

• Heater pressure based on pneumatic cylinder generating force about 6,5 kN. Most comfortable and efficient.
• Multilevel actuator mounting system. Lift the sleeve, lock it with a wedge and it's ready. The set includes 2 additional extensions for the lower heater and handle C for quick installation of passenger tires.
• Lower heater has special cover with rubber-fabric cover, which not only protects the inner surface of the tire from overheating, but also increases the heating efficiency -better conduction and even temperature distribution.
• Vulcanizer heaters powered by higher current are characterized lower power consumption 270 W, needed for quick plate heating and work in state temperature about 145 celsius degrees.
• Pressure indicator in the form of a ring spring helps to precisely control the pressure of the actuator.
• Upper heater is mounted on ball joint - wide range of motion guarantees perfect adjustment to the applied shape.
• Turn off timer allows you to set the exact heating time 0-120 min., without the need for constant supervision of the device.
• Additional aluminum profiles(fittings) and attachments mounted on the clip provide endless possibilities of repairing radial and diagonal tires (in the forehead, shoulder, side) as well as inner tubes (damage and replacement of valves).
