What kind of balancer is it?

It’s an automatic wheel balancer for passenger and light commercial vehicles. Saving them time and ensuring everything is precisely where it should be.

Even easier balancing

All they need to do is mount the wheel – the W-640 automatically measures its width, diameter, and distance. No manual measuring needed. After the measurement, the shaft locks automatically, so they can immediately install the weight without extra adjustments.

Built-in laser and LED light

The W-640 features a laser pointer that shows the exact spot for placing the adhesive weight – no guessing or corrections needed. An additional LED light illuminates the inside of the rim, so your customers won’t need extra lighting even in poor car service conditions.

Electromagnetic brake

This model is equipped with an electromagnetic brake – the shaft stops automatically. No foot pedal, no manual positioning. It’s a convenient solution that speeds up the balancing process and reduces the number of steps your customers need to take.

Fast and precise operation

Balancing a single wheel takes just 8 seconds – a real advantage during peak season. The machine operates with ±1 g accuracy, minimizing the risk of customer complaints about wheel vibrations. Your resellers' clients work faster and with peace of mind.

• hidden weight program – for aesthetic placement behind the rim spokes

What wheels can it handle?

This machine can easily balance even large wheels – from 10 to 24 inches – for both passenger cars and vans. The maximum wheel weight is 65 kg.

Easy parameter reading

The balancer comes with a monitor that clearly displays the current rim parameters, making it easier for your clients to check if the wheel is properly balanced.

Error-free operation

The unit is equipped with an auto-diagnosis function, allowing users to detect and fix potential issues on their own.
